1. Services

Sun Ray Vision Films LLC provides video production, content marketing, and lead generation services, including but not limited to the DIA Method — a lead generation and ad management service for service-based businesses and coaches.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for business owners and authorized representatives of a business. By submitting your information, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorized to make purchasing decisions on behalf of your business.

3. SMS Messaging Program

By providing your phone number through our website, lead forms, or in connection with our services, you consent to receive text messages from Sun Ray Vision Films LLC. Our messaging use cases include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Lead follow-up and nurture communication

  • Occasional marketing or promotional messages related to our services

Message Frequency: Varies based on your interaction with us (e.g., appointment reminders, nurture sequences).

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. You may reply HELP for assistance or support at any time.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

4. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to submit information through our forms, opt in to SMS communications, or engage our services. By doing so, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

5. DIA Method Guarantee Terms

The DIA Method includes a performance guarantee: if the agreed number of qualified, exclusive sales calls is not delivered within the applicable period, Sun Ray Vision Films LLC will continue working at no additional cost until that number is achieved. This guarantee:

  • Applies only to clients who have completed onboarding and provided any information/access reasonably required for campaign setup (ad account access, offer details, etc.)

  • Assumes the client responds to and engages with qualified leads in a timely manner

  • Does not constitute a refund policy; it is a make-good extension of service

  • May be subject to additional terms outlined in the client's individual service agreement

6. Payment Terms

Pricing for services (including the DIA Method at $7,500 total or $1,875/month) will be outlined in a separate client agreement or invoice prior to the start of work. Payment terms, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be specified at that time.

7. No Guarantee of Specific Business Outcomes

While we guarantee delivery of qualified leads/calls as outlined in the applicable service agreement, we do not guarantee specific revenue, client acquisition, or business outcomes resulting from those calls, as closing and fulfillment are outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

Any ad creative, video content, or marketing materials created by Sun Ray Vision Films LLC for a client remain the property of Sun Ray Vision Films LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing, though clients are granted a license to use materials created specifically for their campaigns.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sun Ray Vision Films LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, website, or content, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
